Terry,  I was the LD and Media designer for the event, so I can help answer your questions... our production budget was around 300k.  As for programming on site we had 10 days from load in to show day.  I used WYSIWYG to create basic palettes and effects ahead of time but did the majority of the programming on site.  As for video content creation, that was handled off site and took approximately 6-8 weeks ahead of the event, and then continual development once we loaded in.
