Hey All. Been watching a lot of tv band performances. Gotta Love Palladia!I am seeing more and more conventional par cans in front of each downstage performer providing front/key light uplighting. This is in addition to front truss overhead and any follow spots. I assume this is a good technique to remove some shadows, especially for tv.My question is what would a typical lens/gel combination be for an application like this? "It depends on what source is pushing it. 134 golden amber is great on mixed skin color bands. I also use 176 golden amber, or 156 chocolate with higher power... I also use 33 & 02 quite a bit. The B.Amb for sickly pale artists on lower power…"
