Do you have any words of wisdom for your fellow lighting pros?
There are so many aspect you can do. I am a sound engineer in Some places while a lighting person in others. You have to be versital to exist as a independent contractor. I do some large venues and the local bar scene also. Different setup and techniques for each. You can't always be the best because there is bound to be one better. Personality help a lot too.
