Anyone know of a powered track to power Moving Scenery?
so i am in the middle of pre production for a small show at a small regional theatre. The designers want to add flourescents to 8 moving panels, the only problem being they each move over 15 feet and they dont want to be able to see any cables. I was wandering if anyone out there knew of some sort of track system to get power to these panels? i was thinking in the world of overhead metro cables but actually safe for use in doors an close to code. If anyone has any great ideas please let me know.

2 Super Trouper 2k's for sale low hours
i have 2 Super trouper 2k xenon short throws for sale. Both spots purchased in 2005 for a space they cannot be used in so we are trying to find a new home for them. Spot 1 has 489 Hours, Spot 2 has only 67 hours. Both are in brand new condition. Super Trouper xenon short throw 2k
So i just started as the head elect. at a small theatre in the dc area. Whoever was here before me left things a mess and as i have been cleaning up i have found the manuals and lamps for two troupers. i asked around because they werent listed anywhere on any inventory i have and finally found out that we own 2 short throws that are in an elevator closet in the trap room. they each have about thirty hours on them and are about 5 years old. since we have no where to use them in our small theatre…See More
