We have a 40x40 roof system that currently has 90  1000watt PAR64's and are thinking about updating to LEDs to lower power consumption. Any suggestions which LED's would be equivalent to what we have now as far as brightness and throw for a reasonable price.

There are a lot of LED fixtures out there, at a lot of different price points.

I am (of course) partial to ours,

Take a look at the COLORado Zoom Tour and the COLORado 2 Zoom Tour.  These are robust, video friendly, bright fixtures, and may serve your purposes pretty well.  The Zoom tour is also available in in Warm White, and Cool White variants.  If zoom is not required, the regular COLORado series is quite tested, and available in both Tour, and IP (Outdoor) versions.

Depending on throw distance, and budget, you may also want to look at our SlimPAR Pro RGBA (or Tri), these are a little less expensive, but still quite bright, and also available in VW (Variable White).

Both the SPP, and COLORados have been certified to UL/CSA standards, to keep your local Fire Marshall happy.

The COLORado's are here: http://www.chauvetlighting.com/chauvet-pro_washlights-and-pars.html

IP Rating is key, Make sure they are water tight. Colorado 2 IP's, Old School Colorado 1's or Colorado 1IP. Colorado2's will get you closer to that 1K mark. I put Colorado's on a ton of outdoor fests and roofs and watch the water pour off the roof onto the fixtures with minimal issues. With brightness, remember that nothing is filtered and without gels, all fixtures can be a certain color. Insted of 12 or 16 gel'd red cans, you can have 60. This helps with brightness.

Thanks I'll check them out
